1. Printing labels using the template in graphics software
If you have graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator we have PDF templates which can be used to set up your labels. The templates can be found on the product page of your size or on this complete list.
2. How to set up you labels to print with Microsoft Word
Every version of Microsoft Word involves a slightly different process to set up your label. The most common method is listed below;
Step 1. Navigate to the ‘Mailings’ tab
Step 2. Select ‘Labels’
Step 3. Select ‘Options’
Step 4. Select ‘New Label’
Step 5. Input all details of your label size (margins, pitches, label height/width, number across/down). All details are listed on our website when selecting your label from our range
Step 6. Change page size to ‘Custom’ and input - Width 210mm, Height 295.2mm
Step 7. Select ‘OK’ – ‘OK’ again then ‘New Document’
This will create a new page with your label borders and margins displayed. If you get stuck, please call us!
3. Can you print my labels for me?
If printing them yourself seems a bit difficult, or the stock you want can't go through your printer, we can print your labels for you.
